I have used Tony's services a few times in the past for mold and air quality as well as home inspections. When we found a water leak issue with our furnace humidifier recently, he was the first person I thought to call. He walked us through what was wrong and made recommendations as well a providing us with a contact for the furnace one of the parts to be fixed. When you become a client of Tony's, you are a client for life. Tony is a wealth of knowledge on home ownership and maintenance and is very thorough in explaining anything you need to know. I recommend him to both friends and family all the time.

We have wadis coming into the house approximately 10 in 2 days. Jack came the same afternoon we called. Walked around the house for some time. Figured out the wasps did not likely have a nest but had found homes of entry. He provided some advice, wasp traps and fake wasp nests to deter them. This has helped. He was helpful and efficient. I highly recommend him if you have a wasp problem. He was the 3rd person we had come and was the only one who seemed to be truly knowledgeable about wasps and gave us real things we could do. I have hired Tony in the past to inspect for mold issues in my parents basement. When I was putting in an offer for a new home I had Tony and his team do an inspection on it. I have been very happy with his services as he and his team are very thorough and go into great detail to ensure you are clear on everything. He provided great advice and instructions on how to resolve some minor things that were in the house and also completed a mold and air quality inspection. For someone with chronic health issues mold and air quality are very important to me. Afterwards the reports came back, Tony went through the mold and air quality reports with me so that I had peace of mind that I would be safe and healthy in my new home. I refer everyone I know to Tony and they have all been very happy with his services. You cannot go wrong with Inch by Inch Inspections. Great team and service.

I have a light beige/white coloured rug that was dirtied when I moved and the movers walked all over it. I tried to clean it but only made the fibers look terrible. I contacted Ben at Toronto Rug cleaning, he came over within a day and assessed the rug. He made no promises as my rough cleaning of the rug might have damaged the fibers permanenty but said he would try his best. Well I’m happy to say after one week of worrying I just got my rug back and it looks perfect all the dirt stains are gone and it is smooth and beautiful. It was so easy with pick up and drop off at my home. I highly recommend Ben and would not go anywhere else in the future.

I have an autoimmune disorder and mid-last year, I suspected that the mold in my home was causing my flare ups. I hired Tony to come in and inspect our basement and he found high levels of mold. He was very informative and provided recommendations and support the entire way through. Through a referral he provided we did mold remediation and fixed our basement and everyone in the house is feeling better. I bought a new home earlier this year and had Tony do a home inspection and also check for mold. He did find low levels of it in the basement and with my health I was not going to take any chances so we have taken all the steps needed to resolve the issue. I could not be happier with Tony's work and recommend him to anyone looking for home inspections or mold inspections. He is the best you can find.
