Tony was more than knowledgeable when it came to the inspection of my newly purchased condominium. Being a first time homebuyer can be a daunting task but Tony was able to answer all my questions and provide me with great information. Tony was polite, knowledgeable, on time and dependable. The price was fair for his expertise and I was even able to have a home inspection on a quick timetime. ( within 3 days of requesting a home inspection)You are also provided with a phamplet with the inspection report and some homecare and maintenance tips.
