Stewart Renovation

We hired Mr. Stewart to complete renovations on our laundry room. The finished product turned out great and we are over-the- moon happy with the finished product. He did an excellent job and we have no complaints. His work ethics and craftsmanship is so exemplary that during the process, we asked him to clean up poor work completed by a previous contractor in our basement powder room. Mr. Stewart was truthful about the time the work would take from start to completion and he was up front, transparent and honest about the overall cost. He was punctual. He arrived to work during the days/times he was scheduled, was respectful of our space and was very neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend him to anyone and hire him back for future renos.

We really had no idea what to do and a very small space to work with. Everet was very patient and accommodating even when I changed plans on day one. He was happy to make whatever we wanted work and always upfront about what it would take time wise and what it would cost.

Our bathroom renovation was amazing even though we were dealing with pandemic challenges such as deliveries and availability of certain products. Despite this Everet was able to do a great job and accommodate my requests. Everet maintained a tidy job site, he cleaned up every day before he left. He used dropped cloths when accessing my home. I felt safe having him have access to my home since I was at work during the day. I am extremely happy with the end result, love having heated bathroom floors- what a game changer. Love my vanity even though it was delayed and it took three people to strategically lift it up the stairs to the bathroom. I will definitely use Stewart Renovations again and will certainly recommend them.

Amazing flexibility when real estate agent/stager asked for different rooms and paint colour . Included professional painting of kitchen & bathroom cupboards. Along with amazing painting, minor repairs were worked into the project to address items flagged in home inspection report, along with extras such a pressure washing decks and patios, repairing floor, etc.

It was very tight timeline with lots of pressure to get things done, and Everet made sure that all details were addressed while mobilzing to get professional job completed.
