We contacted Royal York Roofing after a heavy downpour in September 2016. They scheduled an appointment for the next day at 1PM and Vitally was very prompt. He reviewed in detail the shingles on the entire roof as well as the flat roof would need to be replaced.
He estimated 10 days-2 weeks to start. As we had significant leaking he returned to the office and within 2 hours called to say he spoke with the "boss" and with the severe leaking could start tomorrow if that was convenient. The crew was very thorough and cleaned up every night. In 2 days the job was completed and when Vitally returned for payment the amount was exactly as quoted. I would highly recommend Royal York Roofing to anyone. Well done!!!

We were very pleased with the workmanship done by Royal York roofing We had all the shingles replace, eaves redone and chimney rebuilt. Bruce walked us through the process in detail. The three crews were extremely careful of the surrounding area so no damage was done. Each crew were very pleasant and answered all of our questions. We needed a new shingle roof and two flat roofs on our older midtown home in Toronto so we called Royal York roofing for an estimate along with two other contractors.
Royal was not the most inexpensive but Bruce, the RYR representative seemed knowledgeable and upfront with the costs associated with re roofing our house.
The crew arrived on time and worked as a team to complete the job exactly as promised with no surprises.
The flat roof required extensive flashing which was skillfully completed and looks great.
The roofing crew was very customer oriented and answered all our questions during their time here.

We hired Royal York Roofing in 2011 to redo the roof of our home and garage.

We recently noticed some water infiltration at the base of our skylight. After sending an estimator to assess the situation, Pavel booked Dennis to do the necessary repairs.

Dennis was easy to talk to and he did a great job repairing the roof.

Royal York Roofing did a good job with a full roofing job in Sep 2013, and did a great job with removing old shingles, cleanup and disposal. As a result the neighbour also contracted RYR to do their reshingling job at the same time.
Recently neighbours advised us that they saw squirrels going in and out of the roof via one of the vents. It turns out they have bitten through the polyurethane duraflo vents. We called RYR to assess and they are working with us to resolve the issue.

We are very happy with our new roof from Royal York Roofing. After interviewing two other companies, I decided on Royal York. Bruce, the salesperson, was very informative and trustworthy. He offered a payment plan that was unbeatable. The roofers were meticulous and made a terrific-looking roof. What an improvement!
