Our house required the replacement of both a flat roof and a shingled roof with dormers. Royal York Roofing responded quickly, provided a fair estimate, and completed the job within the agreed upon time period in spite of having to work around several rainy days. The team members worked extremely hard, showed expertise in their attention to detail, did a good job cleaning up at the end of each day, and were courteous.

Doring the rains of May 5th & 6th, I discovered I had a leak in my roof. I contacted Bruce from RY roofing and received a quote. Bruce was very professional and we agreeded on the job the next day.
In a couple day's, when I returned from work I could see the job was underway. The next day it was completed. I never met the crew but they too were extremely professional, one would never know that a project had happened. Extremely happy on my end.

Royal York Roofing was fantastic with our shingle semi-detached roof replacement, getting the job done very quickly, cleanly and with a friendly manner. The quote was given in thorough detail on the spot by Bruce, who was very friendly and time accommodating. He was also honest in recommending that we didn't need to get the flat roof portion of our house done as it was in good enough shape for more years of service. Even though they thought it might be a couple of weeks to start, they ended up coming two days later and were done in time for the recent rainstorms in the area! Some of the guys doing the job didn't speak much English, but they clearly spoke "roofing" very well! They did not charge any extras and the roof looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone looking for a similar job.

I own a 100 year old house in Cedarvale area of Toronto and love its original slate roof. Unfortunately, the dormer portion of the roof had been misused by cable companies and satellite dish companies and needed restoration. Great work involving new slate tiles and copper flashing. Most roofing companies do not have experience with slate but Royal York have delighted me twice with work done. Proper quote and written contract both times. Excellent work.

We had Royal York Roofing completely replace our 25yr+ old roof (and a skylight) in March and are extremely happy with the job they did. The estimate (which was very reasonable) and explanation of how the job would be done was fast and straightforward and they were able to start and complete the job within a week (3-4 days of work for a 1800 sq ft footprint). We appreciated that they gave us addresses of houses with similar shingle colours that they had worked on before the job started. We were also very happy with the quality of the work and the complete clean-up afterwards. I highly recommend RYR.

I especially want to thank the company's support for understanding that not even a proper space have been offered for putting a bin so they needed to trevel a bit distance to dump the waste, I truly apprciated on this.
