Thanks for taking the time to write about your experience with us. Sending us the picture before we come onsite ensures we are prepared with the right tools and parts required. We knew exactly what to expect and come prepared. Glad we were able to split the line and fasten it to the wall so it is nice and secure now with proper shut off valves.
