I called Gas Guys and received the BEST service. George was amazingly responsive, he worked to my schedule and went above and beyond to ensure my stove was un hooked in time for unit removal and made time to come back later that same day to hook up my new stove.

Hey Sylvia, thank you for the excellent review. Timing worked out well for us and we did manage to come by first thing in the morning and then later on in the afternoon. I know that having the kids home without a stove can pose quite a challenge for a busy mom so whenever possible, we try to give same day service on situations like this. Thanks again and enjoy the new stove!
