Was nervous about installing a gas line into our backyard, as our house is both old and tiny, but I really wanted to do some barbecuing this summer without having to deal with propane tanks. Emailed George after reading his great reviews and he was incredibly helpful. After sending him some pictures so he could size up the situation, George arrived at our home promptly and was very courteous and professional. He (and his helpful father) didn't despair even when it turned out the walls of my house are made of adamantium and required some serious drilling. In the end, the line was installed quickly at a great price, and everything on my deck was put back together so well that my girlfriend didn't even notice anything was amiss. Barbecued a great steak to christen the new grill last night -- thanks, George.

The most frustrating situation is when you show up at a customer's home and cannot run their gas line due to spacial restrictions or code violations. Hopefully you have fired up your BBQ a few times by now!
