Originally booked an appointment with another contractor but no show. Found and contacted MrRoofRepair.ca and everything was handled professionally. JP came on time and fixed the problem and a couple of other potential issues. The photo report was great! Thank you again for the execellent service. Would certainly recommend to family and friends.

After a solid day of rain, we found more than just light coming from the dining room potlights. We knew the roof had a couple of issues, but the gentleman from Mr. Roof found a couple more. I'm guessing he was right as it has rained since and (knock wood).....no more water on the dining room table. They were very quick to respond and very nice to deal with.

I contacted Michael via email on a Sunday and the job was completed the following Wednesday. JP worked from 8 in the morning until 8 that night to get the repair completed before the rain started. The photos were emailed to me at work and he called me throughout the day with progress reports.The photos were helpful as I could make a decision on the required repairs without having to leave my office. The photos of the roof after the repairs were also emailed to me. JP has over 16 years in the roofing repair business and was able to diagnose all the issues with my roof in a short period of time, while keeping me informed every step of the way. The property was left clean and I now have a 10 year roof thanks to JP and Mr. Roof Repair. I would ask for JP again if I need roof repairs in the future. Mr Roof Repair did everything they said they would and more. Thank you JP and Michael! You most definitely exceeded my expectations.

My roof was badly repaired 5+ years ago (through a Home Depot sub-contractor) and the contractor refused to make the necessary adjustments. JP from Mr. Roof Repair gave me a very reasonable assessment of the repairs necessary and was polite and patient in his explanations. He came by on two separate occasions to install a downspout and to repair the roof (tore out attic vents, installed wood and shingles, installed cobra venting and flashing and resealed other areas as necessary). Given my previous experience with poor customer service and dishonest roofers, Mr. Roof Repair was a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend the company- they are extremely professional and very fair in their assessments.

We hired Mr Roofer when a leak in our ceiling occurred. They were prompt, diligent, cheaper than the other quote we got, and did a great job. I loved seeing digital pictures of the problem, and the work completed. Overall, we were very impressed!
