I am an investor who is in the process of purchasing my first property in Kitchener. After putting a conditional offer on a house, I was able to have Steve attend the property and conduct a home inspection within 24 hours of putting in my online request.
Steve was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. He did an excellent job and took the time to explain everything that he was doing. The use of the infrared camera was also useful for the purposes of prebuy inspection.
I highly recommend elite home inspection, and will definitely be utilizing their services for any other properties I intend to purchase.
