I have used Steve Blaney as a home inspector for four different investment properties since 2013. Steve's work is excellent and his attention to detail is extremely helpful for anyone looking to purchase a property for personal or investment purposes. Steve's reports are sent the same day via PDF format, and his work has helped save me thousands of dollars in repairs before purchasing.

I am an investor who is in the process of purchasing my first property in Kitchener. After putting a conditional offer on a house, I was able to have Steve attend the property and conduct a home inspection within 24 hours of putting in my online request. Steve was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. He did an excellent job and took the time to explain everything that he was doing. The use of the infrared camera was also useful for the purposes of prebuy inspection. I highly recommend elite home inspection, and will definitely be utilizing their services for any other properties I intend to purchase.
