Kyle from Mr. Rooter was professional, knowledgeable, patient in answering our many questions, and above all a kind and caring person. The customer service reps have also been an absolute pleasure to deal with over the phone. We would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Rooter to friends and family and, in fact, have already done so.

We had a bad sewage smell coming from our bathroom and Mike checked everything and figured out it was the toilet that needed to be re-sealed! He did a great job fixing it! Were very happy with the work he did!

Kitchen sink was plugged and we tried multiple DIY remedies none worked so called the professionals. Matt came over and immediately assesed the situation and got to work. our line was cleared and we noticed that afterwards our dishwasher connected to same line was working better which was a bonus.

Anthony was a great and kind plumber, not judgemental and offered great conversation. I learned a very expensive lesson about not putting paper towel in the toilet.
