Sewer blockage

Scott did a great job and worked very hard to get the blockage removed. Normally after 2 to 3 attempts they give up but he stayed for another 2 rounds and persevered to get the blockage removed!! Very professional and communicated exactly what was going on through the process.

Service provided within an hour of request, and not deemed or charged as emergency. Plumber was friendly, polite, informative and very entertaining!

Leaking tub faucet

Scott was professional and kind. He made pragmatic choices rather picking the most expensive option first which is something I appreciate. He was knowledgable and took time to explain things I did not understand. His work was thorough and clean. I would recommend him to others.

Very proffesional and friendly. Helped unclog the line going out to the city sewer. Very helpful with both showing on camera and explaining the issue. I would highly recommend this service person and company to others.

Basement Drain

Josh arrived within 30 minutes of my talk with Ashley. He quickly assessed the problem and gave us a quote. We gave the go ahead and work was performed right away Josh found a piece of a snake from a previous repair by some one else, he continued to clean sewer drain until he was satisfied there was no more blockages. Geremy arrivied with a camera and showed me th inside of the sewer after it was cleaned. Both gentlemen were very very professional as well as very knowledgeable. My wife and I would like to thank Mr Rooter for a happy ending to our concerns Thanks very much we could not be more satisfied Thanks again regards Keith and Gwen
