Main drain backing up

Found problem and apparently fixed it in a timely manner. Gave me some advice on how to minimize problem. Then it came back. They stuck a camera in it again. This will poke a hole in the plug causing drainage but not actually fixing problem. Got big buck quotes to fix problem apparently there second time they looked, but not first. Very confusing. Third time called competitor. They came. Removed two clogs from main sewer line that were missed first 2 times.

blocked kitchen sink

I called a plumber to unblock my kitchen sink. Plumber failed to remove blockage. I called Mr Rooter on a Sunday mid-morning. They quickly dispatched a tech to my site. I was so impressed that I was able to communicate directly with the tech before he even arrived advising me his eta. At the appointed time he arrived with his latest technology equipment. Believe me with this equipment Mr Rooter was able to clean out the blockage in about three minutes.

Clogged main drain...we tried to fix it ourselves to no avail (no drainage for 2 days)...one call to Ashley at Mr Rooter, had us hooked up with Chris...thank you Ashley...Chris was friendly and informative but above all he was here to get the job done right!
