Aron and Steve came in to what was originally thought to be a collapsed sewer line. They went to work and identified it was instead a massive grease clog. They were able to break thru and the line is good and does not need to be dug up and replaced! Good work team!!

Chris was educated on why we should change over to his preferred product. He explained what was good and not so good (imo: six year warranty). He checked out a couple of other issues I brought fwd, having to do with my furnaces and infloor heating system. He knows his stuff!

Chris was professional and friendly. Did the work and did not wast time. Chris listened to my whole story, politely and did not interrupt. Good experience. I would recommend Chris and Mr Rootwr.

They fixed my clogged kitchen drain using a 1000 PSI hose in not much longer than an hour after I had spent a few hours the night before trying to fix it with a snake and plunger. Their plumber Josh was very friendly, respectful, and worked quickly. I'm happy with the service and would recommend this to others.

I didnt have hot water. Pilot light wouldn't come on for me and I was worried I also had a gas leak. A gentleman called Scott came within no time. He checked for any gas leaks and got my hot water tank working. Scott was very nice and professional. He introduced himself when he arrived, had a nice big smile that can brighten up anyone's day and went straight into his job. I will recommend him over over again

We had a clogged drain which was backing up. Josh came in the same day we called, explained what can be done and how. He had to work to find the clog deep in our drain but found it, cleared it (and YUCK) and did a GREAT job. His customer service was exemplary and that of all staff we spoke to. I would recommend them to anyone!
