Mr. Rooter is a GREAT plumbing company! I’ve called Mr. Rooter a few times over the years and the work is always done perfectly and neatly. Josh replaced my shower taps and faucet as well as my bathroom sink taps and faucet and everything looks beautiful!! Also, because my house is over 72 years old, there were no emergency shutoff valves, so Josh took care of that and installed some. Everything is updated, done to code, and no more dripping! So nice to get rid of more of the “DIY” nonsense in my house left by previous homeowners. Thank you so much, Josh and Mr. Rooter! It’s this kind of awesome service that keeps me calling back whenever I need help with any plumbing in my house. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone!

Sewer backed up in my basement. Called Mr Rooter. They came right away. I had Evan for my technician. He was amazing. He walked me through everything every step of the way and my old plumbing wasn’t so easy to work with. I had roots in my pipe . The $1171 I paid was for the power wash. Evan informed me the existing clay pipe needed to be replaced as it had shifted in many spots and my insurance company may help me. They did. No dig sewer replacement. They were able to do it all through my existing pipes in a few hrs. Not once did I feel like Mr Rooter or Evan were being untruthful or just trying to get my money. Now I have peace of mind.

Went to do a load of laundry on Dec 14th and water all over the floor!
Not only did Mr Rooter plumbing answer the phone but we got amazing service to boot. They were early to arrive and even texted us a photo of the tech who was coming!
Curtis was awesome! Got to the house in under two hours from us calling. Fixed the plumbing and even showed us the lines with his camera. Great Job!

Had a soft obstruction of sewer pipe under house. Cleared it. Mr. Rooter employee did extensive search of piping to give peace of mind everything was okay. Determined what source was causing issue and what to do to rectify. Gave knowledge on the best brands of toilets with the least problems.

Jacob was very professional and transparent. He worked carefully and seemed very through. He gave me options that I could work with and did the work promptly. He and Andrew did a good job.

Got a inspection done of my main sewer line which had some fairly serious separations in it. The tech Brendan said he suggests I should put a liner in to fix it. Brendan and his crew came in and fixed it. I would like to thank Brendan for the great work.

After discovering a backed up sink and leaving a message at another company (who never called back), I called Mr. Rooter and the friendly receptionist told me they could have someone come in half an hour. Sure enough, Aaron arrived in proper PPE 30 minutes later.

He assessed the situation and gave me a quote which was more than I had hoped for but less than I had feared. He discreetly applied a 5% seniors discount that I didn’t even know about. It was a fixed quote, not an hourly charge which I appreciated since we wouldn’t know how much of a problem it was until well into the job. He was professional and informative throughout.

Interestingly, they don’t guarantee their work when it involves a garbage disposal unit (otherwise they give a two-year warranty). It took about 1 ½ hours to complete the work. That makes it seem expensive on an hourly basis but it was nice that the problem could be resolved so quickly and there were no surprises on the invoice. Overall we’re happy with the speed and quality of the service.

The Office Staff and the Plumbing Technicians at Mr. Rooter provide excellent service. Andrew was the Plumbing Technician sent to fix a leaking garbage disposal and he was friendly and professional and was able to replace the garbage disposal right away after a quick visit to a whole sale supplier to make certain that we received the best price. The old garbage disposal which was 20 years old was removed and care was taken to make certain that the work area was kept clean. I was very impressed that Andrew was able to visit our home the same day and take care of the issue as the Garbage Disposal was leaking and causing major issues. Andrew recommended the InSinkErator and it was an excellent recommendation as it works quite well and is super quiet. He also had a few additional recommendations regarding not putting rice etc. down a garbage disposal and he explained the details regarding the warranty which was extremely helpful. We will definitely call Mr. Rooter again in the future when we need additional plumbing services. Keep up the excellent work! :)
