Garborator usage blocked our drain. Called Sunday night and came Monday. Showed up later than promised (about 1 hour) but called twice in that hour to let us know the the progress. Great work. Clean & friendly. Made sure we were happy.

Phil did excellent work on my nine year old electric water heater. He quickly presented me with three options, fully costed out, and went to work immediately after I made my choice. He went above and beyond the written estimate at no extra cost and I'm very happy with the results. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter. This was not the first time I hired the company and it won't be the last.

Sanitary drain was slow and floor drain was backing up. Jody snaked both drains - made big difference. I followed his suggestion to put strainer in laundry tub to catch lint from clothes washer water. He was very conscientious to do a through job.

Outdoor valves for hoses were leaky. John K performed a thorough inspection of the entire house and proactively suggested we also install a valve to the main line at a better position given the deteriorating state of the old valve near the floor.
