Stuck on the long weekend with cut pipes and new washer arriving, water shut off and to the rescue comes Mr. Rooter. Within three hours of phone call, technician arrived, assessed problem and got to work. Within an hour, valves put on pipes, water turned back on and washer connected. Absolutely no hesitation to recommend Mr. Rooter and will definitely use them again for my residence and rental property.
