This company was way better than a competitor we've used before. The appointment was confirmed ahead of time and they arrived exactly when they said they would. The gentlemen who did the work were polite and respectful of my home. They did a fantastic job cleaning two sofas. Cost was reasonable as well. What more could you ask for? Great job!

What a fantastic company. From the moment the appointment was booked, there were no questions or worries that I had. This company was referred to by my sister and the 2 gentlemen that showed up were professional, courteous and friendly. Having to deal with senior citizens can be difficult at times but my mom and dad were very happy and comfortable having the entire process explained to them. Adel and Rafael arrived right on time and were courteous, friendly, and professional from the get-go. They explained the whole process and answered all questions we had, and even took care to keep our floors as clean as possible when walking in and out of the house. Could have got a home depot vent clean for cheaper as they were having a promotion but HomeStars gave them such a good rating that with young kids in the house decided to go for what seemed to be the best.

Required the carpets cleaned to sell house. 416so-clean came highly recommended by a friend. Made the call and with no waiting had the appointment day and time I wanted. Daltony arrived on time, inspected the job and got to work. Stains that another cleaning company could not remove were gone. I am very pleased with the service provided and will both use them again and recommend them.

The service was great. He arrived within 2 minutes of the stated time and set up the tubes from his truck, despite it being a longer distance than he had expected. He explained what he was going to do and after finishing pointed out a couple of small stains which he had not been to remove.
The cleaning results were actually better than expected. Our stair carpet, particularly, we had noty expected to come up as well as it did and thought we would need to replace it. The cleaning was so good that that will not be necessary.
All in all, we're delighted with our experience with 416 So Clean and would not hesitate to recommend them.
