The service was great. He arrived within 2 minutes of the stated time and set up the tubes from his truck, despite it being a longer distance than he had expected. He explained what he was going to do and after finishing pointed out a couple of small stains which he had not been to remove.
The cleaning results were actually better than expected. Our stair carpet, particularly, we had noty expected to come up as well as it did and thought we would need to replace it. The cleaning was so good that that will not be necessary.
All in all, we're delighted with our experience with 416 So Clean and would not hesitate to recommend them.
