These guys are great. Had fingerprinting dust all over white wool carpet after a home break in and subsequent police handiwork. They gave us a quote quickly, showed up on time, did everything efficiently and professionally. Incredibly friendly and helpful- these guys are amazing.

Adel came to my house and cleaned by carpets in the basement. It was an effective cleaning and he took care not to damage my furniture. The follow phone call and thank you card were a suprise and speak to their interest in customer satisfaction. I'll definately use them again.

I called the business owner and explained we had a Thanksgiving party this weekend and needed the carpets cleaned right away. He squeezed me in on Wednesday, and by the time I got home the carpets looked new again, and the smell from the dog pee was gone.

My silk and wool area rug was soiled with everything a dog can do when he's sick, including blood. It's now beautiful again. 416 So Clean was professional on the phone and in person. They assisted in placing the rug and moving furniture. They showed up on time to pick up and return the rug. They confirmed the appointments by phone and followed up by phone after. Professional, punctual, thorough.

After four and a half years our rugs were quite soiled (two small kids and frequent spills). I was very doubtful about how clean the carpet would get, especially on the staircase, so I was very pleased when the carpet turned out looking just like new. All stains were removed. In addition, the 416-so-clean technicians were able to fix two small waves in the wall-to-wall carpeting in our bedrooms.

We also had our Hunter Douglas blinds cleaned and they also did a great job.

The price was very reasonable, they were able to book us in quickly, the technicians were very professional and the results were terrific. We will definitely be using this company again.

From the first phone call with 416-SO-CLEAN, we were very happy with the quality of service. They were very accommodating in picking up our area rug, and working around renovations to complete the remainder of the work. I was a bit skeptical that they would be able to get some major stains out of both our 7 year old sofa, and our stairs which had some laytex paint on them, but thought it was worth a shot as they are otherwise in very good shape. Matthew arrived early on the day of the job, and exceeded our expectations. Our sofa looks brand new, and he was able to get 5 year old ink stains out! It was some of the best money we have ever spent. I thought we would be replacing our sofa in a few months and this would just be to remove some reno dust until we were ready, but now I am confident we can get a few more years out of it. The stairs are amazing too. He was able to remove most paint (which I didn't think was even a possibility). Thanks so much to Matthew and everyone at 416-So-Clean for a job well done. I have used this company many times, and I am always impressed with how they can make my carpet look new again. I have 2 young kids that can make quite the mess, but 416-SO-CLEAN can always get it clean again

Very pleased with my carpet, which is 22 years old and in recent months has been stained numerous times by an aging pet. This is the 1st time I've had carpets cleaned where the technician didn't start off by explaining which stains he wasn't going to be able to get out, or by explaining how my carpets are very old and worn and will not clean well. The carpet looks fantastic (considering its age). Even the pet urine stains are gone. Heavy traffic area at the bottom of the stairs looks great too.
