They were so professional and honest that I needed to write an extra thank you note for going the extra mile and going beyond there duty. The biggest difference that made 416-SO-CLEAN stand out is doing exactly what they have said they are going to do and a little more. The service gentleman came to my place after we spoke, he gave me the free estimate and explained in details what he can do and how long it will take and how much he can restore of the carpet in the basement. He was upfront with every little detail on each section of the house, the basement, the hallway and the rooms. He did the analysis and put it in writing with the estimate before hand. He came on the agreed day to do the cleaning, he was on time, wearing his little booty. Looked very professional, all his machines and truck looked very clean. He did an excellent job with little inconvenience for me and my family. He was so detail oriented specially to the more traffic area and the hallway. He did a super job on restoring the carpet in the basement.
He used little thingy under most of the furniture in the house and put some extra fans to help dry the home faster. I am really glad I called 416-SO-CLEAN.
BTW, a friend of a friend recommended 416-SO-CLEAN to me.

My husband and I recently moved into a home in downtown Toronto and Adel was flexible enough to schedule a carpet cleaning to coincide with our move. The service he provided was professional and the cleaning was thorough. We felt much better knowing that the carpets had been cleaned professionally before we moved our belongings into our new home.

Adel took the time to discuss the cleaning services he provided and he made sure to protect the carpets and floors by wearing booties as he cleaned.
