Matt and Adel came on a Saturday morning exactly when scheduled and spent about 6 hours extensively cleaning all our carpets and upholstery. They took away one Persian carpet for special cleaning and brought it back 5 days later. The level of professionalism was very high. They were polite and communicative and took care not to damage anything in the house. The experience from quote to completion and follow-up was excellent.
