I have used 416-so-clean for both carpet and upholstery cleaning and have recommended them to my friends.
Because this job was not large (2 chairs and a couch) I worried about companies not wanting to do it as I had had this experience before. Not so with 416 - So -Clean. They gave me an estimate over the phone and set up the appointment efficiently, sending me an email the day before for a reminder. They phoned about half an hour before arriving and were on time. Because there were two doing the job it was done in an hour and the rest of my day was free. They have always been polite, and honest about what they can do.
