I have had this company a couple of times before this and have been impressed with them and recommended them to friends who also were very pleased. This time they cleaned my large basement rec room, stairs, and two area rugs. PLUS, they noticed the bad shape of my cat tower carpets and did a clean of that, making it look amazing. From the beginning they make you feel confident. They give an estimate easily, send a confirmation and instructions on furniture movement. They arrive on time and phone a few minutes before they arrive. They have an efficient team who complete the work very well. All contacts have been friendly.

I have used 416-so-clean for both carpet and upholstery cleaning and have recommended them to my friends. Because this job was not large (2 chairs and a couch) I worried about companies not wanting to do it as I had had this experience before. Not so with 416 - So -Clean. They gave me an estimate over the phone and set up the appointment efficiently, sending me an email the day before for a reminder. They phoned about half an hour before arriving and were on time. Because there were two doing the job it was done in an hour and the rest of my day was free. They have always been polite, and honest about what they can do.

I found the rate to be very reasonable. The appointment was set up for the next day and Vance arrived on time and completed the job quickly. There is a guarantee for 6 months, but, hopefully, will not need to use it.

I was very pleased with the service at North Shore Eavestroughing. From the beginning they were interested in my business, unlike a few other companies. Laura answered questions pleasantly and followed up on my rain barrel questions promptly. The guys who worked here were pleasant, worked hard and cleaned up well.

Dan's pricing was better than the competition and he quoted over the phone. He showed up to measure on time and had the project completed before the time expected. His explanations and suggestions were very good, and he was very personable.
