Adel was very quick in responding to my e-mail with a quote, and called me to confirm my cleaning appointment the day before. Daltony arrived early for the appointment, and did a thorough and great job. He explained the process and plan beforehand, and reviewed it with me afterwards to ensure my satisfaction. He was even able to get out paint stains from my carpet. My carpets look brand new. I am recommending this company to all my family and co-workers.
