Adel was very quick in responding to my e-mail with a quote, and called me to confirm my cleaning appointment the day before. Daltony arrived early for the appointment, and did a thorough and great job. He explained the process and plan beforehand, and reviewed it with me afterwards to ensure my satisfaction.
