Very disappointed. Overall job was ok but these are the things that irked me:
- the cleaning machine started to sputter - apparently this happens with the fuel is running low - and the cleaner did not stop to refuel his truck.
- stains were left in the carpet that I was easily able to remove with the cleaning solvent he left for me.
- the last room he cleaned took 3 days to dry
- I found a pair of suit pants rolled up on a shelf in the closet: they were wet with cleaning fluid and covered in carpet fibres.
I'm not certain why someone wouldn't mention a simple accident with the pants - I was bound to find out about this so why not just let me know.
I don't know why he did not come to the house with enough fuel to complete the job. Is this why the end of the job seemed inferior and took longer to dry than the start of the job?
I'm uncertain why he was able to get so stains out of the carpet where I had previously failed but failed to get stains out that seemed rather simple.
I am certain that I will not use this service again.
