Alessandra provided an in-home consultation. Took detailed notes of our cleaning expectations. We were off to test our new service. After our first service, I called Alessandra to let her know that we were happy with the cleaning. She let us know that we should be thrilled! Next time she recommended another cleaner . Wow! Does our home sparkle. We are now thrilled! Alessandra ensures we are satisfied by delivering handpicked people that respond well to feedback and spread their cleaning wings to every corner of our home. We now have a steady person who comes every other week to delight us. What can we say, but Better call Angels!

Sam arrived as he said he would. It tool two visits as he didn't have the required belt on the truck, but he didn't leave us out to dry. The repairs were done and Sam left the house clean and the dryer no longer speaks. YAY, Sam!

Yes, it is true! Rent-a-Son is the the son (or sons) you've always dreamed of... Staging to sell our home, we decided to move some furniture into storage. Hussein - the person I spoke to on the phone - had the perfect mix of being friendly but not too familiar. He made making the arrangements fun and he gave lots of great advice. On the move day, Dusan and Aslan showed up to strong-arm our furniture. Both of these guys were so polite and so careful. I cannot say enough about them. They were able to move our boxes and furniture without even a nick to our walls. I would willingly recommend Rent-a-Son and Dusan & Aslan for any moving job.

Very disappointed. Overall job was ok but these are the things that irked me: - the cleaning machine started to sputter - apparently this happens with the fuel is running low - and the cleaner did not stop to refuel his truck. - stains were left in the carpet that I was easily able to remove with the cleaning solvent he left for me. - the last room he cleaned took 3 days to dry - I found a pair of suit pants rolled up on a shelf in the closet: they were wet with cleaning fluid and covered in carpet fibres. I'm not certain why someone wouldn't mention a simple accident with the pants - I was bound to find out about this so why not just let me know. I don't know why he did not come to the house with enough fuel to complete the job. Is this why the end of the job seemed inferior and took longer to dry than the start of the job? I'm uncertain why he was able to get so stains out of the carpet where I had previously failed but failed to get stains out that seemed rather simple. I am certain that I will not use this service again.
