The job was not very large and many contractors refused to even consider the work. Red Robin responded promptly with a quick assessment and quote. To manage the costs, they recommended that they schedule the repairs when they are working in the area. A few weeks later they showed up on time, repaired the areas quickly and colour matched the mortar perfectly to the original mortar. The work site was left perfectly clean.
