This is the second time now we have used Red Robin and once again have been very pleased with their work. John Ambrose came out right away to go over the job with us and gave intelligent input into the repairs as well. The concrete veranda is over a cold cellar and over the years the pointing and the brick surfaces had crumbled in spots, particularly where a railing had been installed on the stairs. Anyways, John came out on schedule and was very pleasant and responsive to my questions and concerns which makes such a difference. He worked right through till the job was done and the veranda looks super. The pointing color is excellent which makes such a difference as then you are not noticing where repairs have been made. I called Red Robin up after the job was finished with a concern and was satisfactorily responded to right away. They stand by their work and would definitely use them and recommend them. Their people know their stuff!
