I want to provide some facts and readers can decide for themselves. This company reached out based on MLS listing of house sold and offered moving services. Our experience was as follows:
1. Underestimated cost significantly to get the business
2. Promised 2 trucks and brought 1, promised 5 workers and brought 3. No drill or better tools to disassembe
3. Half way through the job, upon being requested to be careful with furniture, the owner started getting insulting, yelling and threatened to drive off with truck half loaded saying 'call the police' if you want. He had to be cajoled to come back as we were in a time crunch having to vacate the house and hand over keys the next day.
4. Unable to disasembe some items that had to be left in the house and he promised to come back the next day to complete the move
5. Forced us to pay $ $900 extra, told his crew to stop offloading until we paid the entire amount. Refused to take part payment till job was full done. Yelled and shouted through all conversations
6. Did not come back the next day. The sales person called and said he would not be able to come. We paid an extra $300 for a UHaul to get the balance material moved out. The Sales person said that this company would not take responsibility or pay for this although the owner had promised.
7. Finally did not have the tools to reassembe any of our furniture and just left it . We had to pay extra for disassembling some and for re assembling.

I'm going into the 3rd week of unpacking my recent move. I've moved several times and never have my belongings been scratched or damaged like this move. I don't know which of the three movers was at fault. I informed the foreman the following Monday that my nightstand drawer was badly damaged. To my surprise, I had not purchased insurance. (I blame the sales person for not saying anything.) Each day I clean an item, I find something scratched. Several pieces of furniture including the drawer were very expensive. I became aware during the move, that they were not equipped with tools such as tape because they had a big move the day before and everything was in the other truck (they had used 2 trucks for that move). Is this my fault? Insurance or not they should have taken better care of my belongings. I give these guys a zero star.

We have used GTA STAR Moving company for our move and packaging as well. All stuff arrived in time, that made us relaxed)) The drivers and their movers always payed attention to details, made sure everything was covered with blankets. We moved all our belongings very fast and accurate. This company has everything u need for packaging, so we didn't spend time on buying all necessary staff. The pricing was really competitive and the service was excellent. I recommend to use this company. They are very professional and don't charge more . Also before my move I had an estimation with their sales person , that was really useful as I had a chance to talk to person from the company and to calculate my budget) I hope my review will be very helpful for you ))

This moving company is the worst moving company I have ever experienced. They were very unprofessional and did not estimate the move properly. We ended up having to move a number of individual items. They overcharged us and refused to resolve. Apparently the owner has an aversion to women and refused to talk to me - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - To top it off they damaged and lost a number of personal items.
