I'm going into the 3rd week of unpacking my recent move. I've moved several times and never have my belongings been scratched or damaged like this move. I don't know which of the three movers was at fault. I informed the foreman the following Monday that my nightstand drawer was badly damaged. To my surprise, I had not purchased insurance. (I blame the sales person for not saying anything.) Each day I clean an item, I find something scratched. Several pieces of furniture including the drawer were very expensive. I became aware during the move, that they were not equipped with tools such as tape because they had a big move the day before and everything was in the other truck (they had used 2 trucks for that move). Is this my fault? Insurance or not they should have taken better care of my belongings. I give these guys a zero star.
