Mister Plumber

I had some work to do in my recently purchased home - drain pipes to replace, water service update, waterproofing and sump pump/backwater valve. The entire team at Mr Plumber was awesome, friendly people always on time, they walked us through the process, got all the permits we needed and worked amazingly fast and clean. The job was finished on time and passed inspection, we're very happy and will recommend Mister Plumber to anybody.
Later edit: the team left and I discovered that the stack that they replaced is leaking and a pipe wasn't connected, which left a foul smell in my basement. I called them back and I'm still waiting for them to come back and fix it. Getting a little bit frustrated... I'll come back with an update when it's all fixed - hopefully before Christmas
Another later edit: Pavel and his crew came back and fixed everything that wasn't finished, the smell is gone and everything looks fine. They were very careful to address our concerns and all in all we're very happy. They even called back after everything was finished to ensure that we had no other concerns.

I had to replace my kitchen faucets and called Mister Plumber. Igore came on time, did a great job and gave professional advice. It was a pleasure to have business with real professional. I would definitely call them if needed and recommend Mister Plumber to everyone.

We noticed our drain was running really slowly and had Igor from Mister Plumber have a look before things got worse. Igor promptly returned my initial call, and showed up on time for the appointment.

After inspection I was given a fair and honest account of the current situation and options were presented as to how we could proceed. The current issue was being caused by the drain close to the house - which would result in a minor piece being replaced, and the backwater valve being installed. Upon further investigation, the drain pipe leading to the city's system had issues that were only going to get worse over time. We decided to take Igor's recommendation and do a complete job from inside the house, right through to the city connection. In the long-run, this seemed like the wisest and most economical way to go.

The Mister Plumber crew showed up on time and worked through-out the day and well into the evening to make sure we were back up and running. They arranged for everything, including the required permits, city reimbursement documents and scheduling the inspector. The guys on the crew made sure to keep the disruption and mess to a minimum and covered everything with drop clothes to keep things as clean as possible. And, whenever I needed to get a hold of them, they always answered my calls, and always let us know what to expect with regard to timing of the project.

It was our first experience using Mister Plumber, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, honest plumbing service.

Vlad was very helpful and took the time to discuss our problem and explain our options including possible complications. He sent over Igor a few days later to do the work. Igor was a pleasure to deal with as well. He was very careful about cutting drywall to ensure a clean patch job afterwards and he did a great job with the rerouting. I will definitely be calling on Mister Plumber for any future plumbing needs.

My insurance company sent me letter about mandatory backwater valve installation. I found Mister Plumber and Vlad explained me in details how it works. We found deal and plumber from Mister Plumber did great job. Thank you Mister Plumber.

After extending our counters 6 inches out and getting a new sink and faucet we needed the drain extended but also wanted new pipes to replace the old Steele drains and new shutoff valves.

I called Vlad and set up an appointment for the next business day. Alex came out and was a little professional with putting on dry clean shoes before coming in.

There was a slight issue with the counter install and how the faucet sits but Alex was able to find a solution and didn't charge me extra and kept the promised quote the same as discussed.

The price was fair and less than the other top 4 homestars rated plumbing companies.

Sink, faucet, pipes, and shut off valves newly installed and dishwasher connected and happy with everything. You can tell Alex knows his stuff.

Vlad is prompt, personable, competitive and honest. He arrives on time and his crew is pleasant and makes sure they tidy up before they leave. I would highly recommend Mister Plumber anytime!
