Coming home from work Friday I found out our shower valve handle hand broken off in the open position and the water was turned off. About 6:30 PM I called a number of contractors but Vlad was the only one who took my call. He took my info and told me what the project would cost. About 10 minutes later Victor called me and told me he would be at our house close to 9PM. He showed up about 8:45 and did the job in about 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable and the workmanship was excellent. I am very satisfied with their work and would gladly use them again.

Called them to get a quote and Vlad came to see me the same day. Went over the work to be done in detail and also explained the rebate procedure.

Gave me a very competitive quote and was able to schedule the work in a few days time at my convenience.

He obtained the required permit and his crew arrived as scheduled and did the installation in a professional manner. After the City Inspector came, they returned to complete the job and cleaned up the work site. Vlad then returned to complete the rebate application form for me.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Called for help with backed up sink and drain and received a confirmation from Slava within 5 minutes. Slava came to my house within an hour and had the job done within 35 minutes. I had a really good experience with Mister Plumber. They were quick, professional and reasonably priced. Igor recently came to replace the drainage for my basement utility sink and replaced my faucet as well. I will definitely use them again when I need a plumber and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I only took one star off because they rescheduled my appointment -- it wasn't an emergency though so it was OK. Thanks Mister Plumber! I'll definitely call you again!

We bought a house which needed some urgent plumbing work (replacing galvanized pipes) last Fall. We contacted a few well-reviewed plumbers on this website. While some of them were not readily available or would charge us for a quote, Vlad from Mister Plumber came by the next morning and gave us a free quote. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a good overview of what kind of job was required, so we decided to take their offer. We appreciated that he explained and wrote down the scope of work and the cost in detail before the work started. His team worked very hard (involving digging 4 feet under the driveway) and finished the job nicely within the promised timeline. Vlad came over to check the work and gave us a few things that we needed to follow up with the city, which was quite helpful. We contacted them again later to fix a basement drainage and install a backflow valve. They took care of various arrangements that needed to be done with the city, and the whole job was done within a few days! We contacted them again just last week about a basement toilet that was constantly running, which was leading to a high monthly water bill. As the toilet unit was old, we were concerned about the cost of repair. Vlad came over to take a look and fixed it on the spot in 15 min. Our experience with Mister Plumber has been excellent, and thus we have been using them repeatedly. They're the kind of people I'd gladly recommend to our friends without hesitation.

My husband and I wanted to ovreplace our old toilet and faucets. I called Mr. Plumber who worked professionally, neatly and did a great job. Once the faucet was installed, he discovered that we had no hot water. Apparently there was a rust plug in the pipe. He removed the plug free of charge.As the sink. We were very pleased with the work done and would use Mr. Plumber again.

There was problem with hot water in my house. After checking hot water tank, Enbridge told me that might be a problem with mixing valve. I contacted Mister Plumber and got all information about replacing of such valve. Vlad came on time and job was done in 40 min. Thank you. If I have problem with plumbing in the future, I will call Mister Plumber.
