Mister Plumber

My tenant broke the shower somehow and hot water was leaking pretty badly. I called Mister Plumber around 9am and Victor sent someone who had it fixed before 1pm. He also cleared up my sink drain which was a nice bonus and left he place in clean shape!

Vlad was quick to answer and came by the same day to give me quote on moving my kitchen drain and water supply from the wall to an island. Igor and andrei came by the next morning to,
1) Cut out a section of the cast iron soil stack to install a tee to allow for a new drain line below the floor.
2) Build new drain line in between and through joist to soil stack.
2) Extend the hot and cold supply line to the kitchen island yet to be built.

I am happy with the results and their care to minimize the amount of damage when cutting through the drywall.

I met Vlad, the owner of Mister Plumber at our home and was immediately comfortable with him. I had two other quotes, but Vlad was the only one who gave a warranty. He explained the complete process, step by step, from the building permit to the end product. The technician who performed the job was professional in all aspects of the installation.The area where he was working, was cleaned up when the job was completed, and all garbage removed. Alex did an excellent job in fixing the drain pipe leak and changing the faucets and pipes in our bathrooms. He is professional and knowledgeable. He arrived early for the appointed time and left only after completing all the work. He did not rush the job and was thorough. We recommend Alex to anyone who has plumbing or leak problems.

It was Thursday evening, I got city to shut off valve from outside. Called a few plumber but everyone was booked until Monday next week. Only Mister Plumber picked up and promised a plumber by the name of Alex to be there by 7pm. Alex was not very talkative but took his time to replace the shutoff valve to a new location. The quote is reasonable because it was similar to other quotes I got. Finished in 1 hour. Promised to come back if the pipe still leaks after the city turn back on the water but it worked so it means his workmanship was good

Vlad and his team are the best in the business! The quote was fair, the permits properly obtained and the workers were conscientious in keeping the area clean and in order. They worked quickly and dealt with a weeping tile issue (no connection to the drain) by hand digging under the foundation wall to ensure connections were made. Vlad cares about his company, the quality of work, and his employees. I highly recommend them for any plumbing of this sort which is giving me a great sense of relief waiting for the next flooding storm!

This is was my third time using Mister Plumber and I will keep coming back because Vlad is so responsive, very straightforward and always shows up and does the work on time as promised. Last summer we had a lot of rain and power outages. We have a sump pump but it will not work without power. I called Mister Plumber because we wanted to have a back up pump for piece of mind when the power goes off and for when we are away. Mister Plumber came on time, were very friendly, got the work done quickly and explained how it all worked. I will continue to use Mister Plumber as my go-to resource for my plumbing needs.

I had a sump pump installed last Fall, I felt it was running too often but with winter and the cold it was running less often. Of course with Spring here and the thaw the pump was engaging more frequently, and you can hear it each time. I spoke to Vlad about this and Igor came to my home last Sunday and spent the time needed to raise the float so that the tank took in more water and the pump did not run as often, this was not a simple job. I felt Igor went above and beyond to correct this for me given that installation was more than 6 months ago. I really appreciated that they did this for me and tells me a lot about the company’s definition of good customer service.
