Executive Movers No Longer In Business

Horrible Experience. Started the move at 12 pm and ended at 10 pm. The move was about 15 kilometres away and all contents fit in one cube van. No wrapping of items, all kinds of hidden fees, damaged furniture... they even charged for the rental of a van they had rented because their own van had broken down and was getting fixed... This is on top of all other hidden fees! If you can stay clear from these guys at all costs. I'm traumatized!

i call Executive Movers 647 654 4284 and spoke to Moses. This was after the CTV story.I was impressed by the fact that he charged the lady $900 for a 4 bedroom hse. I ask for a flat rate on moving my 4bedroom house. He quoted me $845 flat. they came and moved me nicely. i recommend them to anyone now. please ask for a flat rate. its better that way.

I found reviews about Executive movers after going through a frustrating and painful experience with them yesterday April 12-2010. My wife called them and they agreed to charge $40/hr for 2 men in house moving of office furniture from 1st floor to main floor and they used all tricks what I found in other reviews about them got $300 advance on the name of insurance and security deposit and left me with half completed job and demanded $211 more on top of my security deposit. I like to take a legal action against this company people like them should not be doing business but should be behind the bars so they couldn't scam others.Any help from other victims of this company will be greatly appreciated. send an email at zkhawaja@cashflowstraties.ca Thanks

I used Execitive movers to do this move and it was the worst experience of my life!!! I repeatedly confirmed my cost with the Owner, Moses and the workers upon arrival, they confirmed 40 an hour for 2 men with truck.... i asked them the estimated time before they started, he indicated 4 hrs min.. to 5.. they than requested a 500 deposit I than contacted the owner and he indicated for me to give a 300 deposit as security and any unused amount would be refunded. This was confirmed by the driver and the owner. They took so long moving moving my belongings, used my dollies, were on their cell phones, used my washrooms!!! ewwwww!!! and walked very slowly while they quoted me 4 hrs total, when I raised concern because of the elevator timing, they asked me and my friend (girls) to help carry things to the elevator. Well once they loaded my truck, the hits began...... They told me they couldn't move the truck until I settled the bill, took 30 mins to write the bill and call the owner, he than came and gave me a bill for $971.75!!! I immediately questioned and he inicated i had heaving items (9) which I didnt have any just bes frames and mattresses. Also charged me 7 hours labour at 40 EACH MEN!!! when I contacted the owner he said pay him 800 and he would come to see himself to see project. I called him 5 times during the whole process of leaving point A and reaching point B... at one point the Owner hung up on me and another time he told me its because he's driving a truck and cell phone use is illegal. I than asked him what business Owner doesn't have a bluetooth? especially in the moving business?? he hung up on me and rejected all further calls Truck ended up pulling into a parking lot next to a bank and told me they would not enter the new place until they were paid they refused to go to the new place and told me that if I did not pay they would drop my belongings at the warehouse and it would be my responsibility to pick them up, basically I was extorted for my belongings.My friend stayed with them and watched my truck.. I paid them, and Moses told me he would show up, when I paid the driver and told him Moses was coming, he looked at me laughed and said he's not coming here. Being a single mother this really hurt me especially since I just purchased my first condo. . Moses wouldn't answer my calls .. They put me out 800!! which is a big deal to me! :(

My personal experience with Executive Movers only supports the many, many complaints that can be found on the internet. Here are the facts:

This is a fruadulant company, they ask customers to sign a contract and also ask for a deposit, after recieving the money they get in the truck and leave, without moving anything. There are many stories/experiences that people have posted on the internet. We hired this company to do a small move, they showed up took the deposit and left. Buyer Beware!!!

Needless to say, my experience was horrible. Long story short, I was robbed. As my sister had booked the same movers for the next day and it was too late to cancel, she was also robbed. At the time I called Exective movers they mentioned the rate as $40.0 / hour plus $40.0 for travell and gas. I accept thatand arrage the time for them to come to my house. Upon arrival to my home they requested $800.0 cash as a deposite. I said no one told me about deposit in the first place on top of that you said $40.0 per hour and you will move everything in 6 -7 hours. They refused to do anything without deposit in cash only. After negociation and calling the office they accept to take all the cash i have at that moment which was $360.00. Then they start loading the truck. in less than an hour they stopped and said the office required the rest of the $800.0 deposite. I had no option at that time since they have already load part of my furniture and collected $360.0 cash. Under the press that i have to move at that day i went to bank to get the difference and gave to them to re-start loading the truck. The mover play all the tricks in the book to squeze to last drop of blood. after loading the truck and moved away from home while i was following them, they pull over and requested another $ 677.75 more as the rest of the invoice and they handed me a paper full of items extra. Can you believe that while i am in the road. One more time they squeeze me because they knew that i have to pay. Remember they do not accept antthing rather than cash.Well i had to go agian to the bank and get the money and give it to them. These company should not work in Canada and must be penelized for thase actions

Please if anyone out there is planning a move DO NOT get Executive Movers to move!!! These guys are li@rs scums. And watch out for "Moses and Shedrick". We had to pay 3X as much as what was quoted and demanded money before they would move our stuff.. after they already had it in the truck

THESE GUYS ARE RUDE AND WITHOUT ANY CHARACTER. THEY WILL LOAD THE ITEMS AND DEMAND NEARLY 4 TIMES THE QUOTE TO MOVE YOUR ITEMS. AVOID AT ANY COST. SOME BODY NAMED MIKE IS BEHIND THIS COMPANY. THEY CALL YOU AND HARRASE YOU ONCE THE ITEMS ARE LOADED. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!
