Derek and his co-worker were amazing. Derek has a very high standard for quality of work and he didn't leave until the floor was perfect. He invested several extra days into the floor because the floor had quite a few imperfections to it to start with. Derek kept his price/quote the same even though he spent more than double his originally estimated time. We get compliments on the floor from anyone who goes into our basement and it's all because of Derek's high standards.
