Top notch service! Shawn was very impressive on first meetings and I instantly trusted him as having my best interest at heart. The crew, led by Austin, was very courteous and professional. I just had Titan replace my roof. They were very professional beginning with the quote and right through completing the job. The work was done in a timely manner and the crew was VERY professional and clean. Two of my neighbours also used Titan and so far everything looks great. Would definitely recommend Titan if you are looking for a professional and reliable company to replace your roof.

Titans were very professional along the way. Good response time, detailed and very professionally done quote with proper level of details.
Always returning calls / emails. Reasonably sized roof fully installed in less than a day. As part of quality check identified the need to install two bathroom vents and did that extra work at reasonable price. Had some issues with nails not fully cleaned up by the crew after the work was completed, but Titans took it seriously, diligently followed up and had resolved to my satisfaction. Overall a very decent experience and a good looking roof.

We interviewed a number of roofing companies and decided on Titans Roof. Shawn came out to show us samples, explained the shingle installation process and gave us advice on colour. A few days later, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the quote actually included details rather than a total dollar amount.
As our roof is quite large, the roofing team spent the better part of four days on it. Plywood was used to protect our windows and walkways; tarps were used to protect our deck and part of lawn. The crew tidied up at the end of every workday.
We knew ahead of time that some plants and bushes would be damaged considering we have extensive landscaping along the walls, but those will regrow. We will certainly recommend Titans Roof to our friends and neighbours.

I had identified a roof flashing issue on my neighbour's roof and this issue had been resolved by Titans the following day. Impressed by their bold looking vehicle and proper repair to my neighbour's roof, I then called Nicole at Titans to book a service call to repair an issue with my eaves trough. Nicole was friendly, professional and efficient booking my appointment with Rob from Titans. When Rob arrived at my home he was on time, personable and knowing. The eaves trough was repaired quickly and later invoiced as had been quoted. I would definitely recommend Titans as a roofer of choice. Thank you Titans!
