Job went well....Titans showed up when they said they were going to and got the job done in two days, as promised, even though it was close to 35 degrees both days. Crews did a good job with roof. Roof was complicated because of pitch and varied roof lines. Both crews cleaned site very well.....only found one or two nails when done. Had minor problem with damage to gutter, but the owner of Titans would not accept final payment until the issue was resolved and I was completely satisfied.
Very happy with finished product and would recommend Titans Roofing in the future to everyone.

Titans was one of the very few companies that responded to my request for a quote. I was struck by their professional approach in preparing the quote and providing information on their company and products. They kept me updated on when they would be coming to undertake the work and completed everything on time. They were not the cheapest, but didn't cut any corners with respect to proper use of membranes and installation of the new skylights.

Top notch service! Shawn was very impressive on first meetings and I instantly trusted him as having my best interest at heart. The crew, led by Austin, was very courteous and professional. All in all I am very satisfied with the quality work done by this company. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a new roof or roof repair.

I just had Titan replace my roof. They were very professional beginning with the quote and right through completing the job. The work was done in a timely manner and the crew was VERY professional and clean. Two of my neighbours also used Titan and so far everything looks great. Titans were very professional along the way. Good response time, detailed and very professionally done quote with proper level of details.
Always returning calls / emails. Reasonably sized roof fully installed in less than a day. As part of quality check identified the need to install two bathroom vents and did that extra work at reasonable price. Had some issues with nails not fully cleaned up by the crew after the work was completed, but Titans took it seriously, diligently followed up and had resolved to my satisfaction. Overall a very decent experience and a good looking roof.

We interviewed a number of roofing companies and decided on Titans Roof. Shawn came out to show us samples, explained the shingle installation process and gave us advice on colour. A few days later, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the quote actually included details rather than a total dollar amount.
As our roof is quite large, the roofing team spent the better part of four days on it. Plywood was used to protect our windows and walkways; tarps were used to protect our deck and part of lawn. The crew tidied up at the end of every workday.
We knew ahead of time that some plants and bushes would be damaged considering we have extensive landscaping along the walls, but those will regrow. We will certainly recommend Titans Roof to our friends and neighbours.
