Done very quickly and professionally, delivered as per quotation. Office was very helpful in scheduling and answering all questions.

We had a full roof replacement and install of a 14 inch sun tunnel. The process for quotation was very professional and they provided me a detailed plan including photographs and dimensions. While.the price quoted was more than some other quotes they were more professional and I felt more comfortable that I was getting excellent product and service. I did not think that compromising product and service by going with a cheaper price when it came to keeping my family dry.
The installers were all great and they finished the job.with no issues. I would highly recommend Titan to.anyone who values quality and excellent service.

From start to finish Titans Roof Works has been EXCELLENT! From the estimate process to the invoice, they were consistent with what they said they would do BUT what surprised me the most is that they did it in a way that made us feel like we were contracting a good neighbor to do the work. IMPRESSIVE company all around.

We completed our project in the spring of 2013. Shawn was professional even though we had a few hiccups and misunderstandings during the project. The finished result is a gorgeous roof that has held up well and we are very happy with it. Overall we plan to use Titan again for future projects. The work was done in a timely manner and the site kept clean as possible. No damage to surrounding landscaping. He was always reachable by phone throughout the project which was reassuring.

We were new home owners at the time and have learned a lot since about discussing every detail with a contractor so there are no surprises. Our challenge was with replacing old skylights that were unable to be matched in size. We didn't realize what that would mean for the interior and we subsequently had to redo the drywall and some creative mudding by my dad on the interior ceiling.

Shawn also had to contend with a family member wanting to be more involved than he should be, which his crew handled with grace and tact. We also replaced some of the plywood underneath.

Very happy with the service and price I received from Tracy and her team on this job. Although it wasn't a huge job (replacement of fascia that was damaged in a windstorm), the team at Titan quoted the job and completed the worked as planned. Since it was a small job, many other roofers simply didn't even bother to respond to the request. Titan however treated this small job with the same professionalism and commitment that they did when they replaced our shingles a couple of years ago. I am happy to recommend the Titan team for any roof repairs or installation.

We called Titan around 2009 after doing some research on roofing companies in our area. Great service, excellent product and no problems in the six years since we had the roof replaced. Sean was very helpful, didn't try to up-sell or push you in a specific direction - just laid out the options and gave advice when asked. Would certainly use Titan again.

Customer Service like this is unheard of today.
They did a fantastic job on the roof and their cleanup for debris and nails was done daily. Considerate of neigbours as well.

"We decided to have Titans install Christmas lighting simply because other companies can't provide commercial bright LEDs - they shine brighter than the old traditional glass bulbs! I've had other companies quote department store LEDs which are dim, and when one bulb blows the entire length of lights go out. The product Titans installs are retrofit bulbs (you can't find these any where else!) which means they custom cut each length and are installed perfectly with each custom clip - I love it and so many of my neighbours are inquiring! It just makes sense hiring an experienced roofing company to climb un-reachable heights...and they provided me with their WSIB and Liability insurance with their estimate which is reassuring - the other guys didn't. I own the lighting equipment which is great because if I move I can have them re-design with the same lights - Nice! I'm happy I made the investment with Titans, see you guys in the new year when you come to remove the lights"

Job went well....Titans showed up when they said they were going to and got the job done in two days, as promised, even though it was close to 35 degrees both days. Crews did a good job with roof. Roof was complicated because of pitch and varied roof lines. Both crews cleaned site very well.....only found one or two nails when done. Had minor problem with damage to gutter, but the owner of Titans would not accept final payment until the issue was resolved and I was completely satisfied.
Very happy with finished product and would recommend Titans Roofing in the future to everyone.

Titans was one of the very few companies that responded to my request for a quote. I was struck by their professional approach in preparing the quote and providing information on their company and products. They kept me updated on when they would be coming to undertake the work and completed everything on time. They were not the cheapest, but didn't cut any corners with respect to proper use of membranes and installation of the new skylights.
