Replaced Shingles & added attic insulation
I obtained 5 estimates and chose Titan. It wasn't the cheapest estimate but was also not the most expensive estimate. I chose Titan because Paul (Roofing Specialist) did a superb job of explaining the whole process in detail. I have never had to replace shingles before so I had many questions...questions that prolonged the estimate to approximately 2 hours. I appreciated Paul's expertise, honesty, patience and professionalism. The roof was started on Nov 4 and was completed the next morning on Nov 5. I had Titan add attic insulation to R50 and also the daylight hours are less so the work could have been completed in one day. The crew working did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. The roof looks great. Titan also did not want any deposit and only wanted payment when the job was completed and any or all concerns were taken care of. Overall, great experience with Titan.
