Ben Tech Air System Inc

My furnace was broken after only 8 years. I called two companies to come and fix it, one being Bentech Air System. The first company told me that I needed to replace the whole furnace and would cost around $3800 which was out of my budget. When I called Ben, he came to my house within 2 hours. He told me that a replacement for my furnace wasn't necessary and if necessary it would've costed way cheaper. Ben fixed my furnace in less than half an hour. I would recommend Bentech Air system, it is a very honesty company!

Ben suggested that we should change to 4 tons A.C because existing one is spoiled. Next day he brought a new 4 ton AC, opened the box infront of us, then went on the roof to install. Everything seemed fine. 3 days later the place is still hot, called him he came and said that it will take some more time to cool down the restaurant. One week later still hot finally got angry and told him to give me the serial number so that I can call the manufacturer for warranty because Ben refused to come to check. He didn't give us the serial number next day we found out that he didn't install the 4 ton that he opened infront of us. While he was doing his stuff, he had an old machine in his van which he switched while we were not watching!! What a dishonest guy!  He's an actor, pretender! Will never forget such dis honest people like him. We don't need people like that in our society! His license should really be suspended! Don't use him! He did end up changing it to another 3 ton air con refurbished ones but not worth the money we paid but couldn't do anything because money was already in his hand. Please learn from this. I don't like to give bad reviews but I had to do this because I hope he won't do it to others ever again!

We came home to our AC unit not working and the temperature of 30C in the house. I called the original installer but they only work in the office 8-4 so I started calling others while looking them up on here. I got Benson on the phone and he said he could not make it until the next morning (it was after 7:30PM when I got him) around noon. He arrived just before noon and began troubleshooting the problem. We needed a newer starter capacitor to get the compressor running. He checked everything else and even cleaned the grills of dirt. We had AC working in less than 30 minutes.

Yesterday Mr. Benson came with one of his colleague to install a new
furnace for us. He is a very experienced technician. He is knowledgeable, polite, very efficient, work with great details and caution. I am very satisfied with his work. I trust he is a reliable man and have no hesitation to recommend him to anyone looking for a good heating/cooling system contractor.

My heating system stopped working in last winter. I called one guy to do a repairing, he worked almost one house and tell me the system need to buy new parts to repair, the parts need about $2,200, and he have done the checking for one house, need to charge me $250. Since my house is just 3 years old, I don't believe my heat system need to order major parts, so I paid him $250 and let him go. Then I found Benson ( the owner of Ben Tech), he told me some parts did not connected properly and a bit dirty, so he used few minutes to done the work, the system back to good condition, but he only charged me $60. This guy is very honest and sincerely. Every since that, I use him to do all my rental property's air condition system, and also recommend to my friends.
