Coretemp Heating and Air

I called Core Temp because I was haven't an issue with my Air Conditioning unit. RIchard, the owner of the company answered the phone. I explained the situation to him and instead of him wanting to come over right away to physically look at the issue he attempted to solve the problem over the phone by asking me a few questions. After some trouble shooting he provided some options and gave me all the information I needed in order to make a decision, and even then I felt no pressure whatsoever to buy his products or even use his services. Richard is as honest as it gets. You will understand what I mean when you speak to him over the phone and meet him in person. The communication from start to finish was smooth and I was updated about the project every step of the way. I feel confident that I hired the right person for the job and I know I can rely on Richard if anything should arise in the future. Ricard takes pride in his work and truly does care about his customers. I felt looked after and felt that my best interest was kept in mind. Can't get any better than that. You will notice that Richard takes as much time as needed to answer all the questions you have about his products and the work being done. He has the desire to educate his customers not just install the product and get out. In the end, I decided to replace my furnace as well since it was just as old as my AC. Thank you Richard.
