Swat Wildlife and Insulation

Jonny was excellent at coming in and creating a door to allow a raccoon out, that broke into our attic. Very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and helped create barriers on our other rooftop "stink pipes". Would highly recommend Jonny and Swat Wildlife!

Josh did a great job. We saw a raccoon on our roof for a few nights in a row, he was able to assess our home and put all the preventions. He informed us that the raccoon was not able to get in to the attic, because the hole was too small. However a squirrel might be able to use that hole and get into the attic.He then inspected the attic and confirm that we had a squirrel living in the there. He put a one way entry door to remove the squirrel and will remove the door and patch the hole in a few days after we are sure that the squirrel is out. Thanks Josh!!

Heard scratching under our back deck. Contacted SWAT and they responded quickly and were here the next day. Josh walked me through the problem and how he was going to solve it. An hour later I had a one-day door and screening installed. Josh explained what to watch for going forward and left me confident the problem was solved.

I am writing this review after 3 weeks of Josh coming to my home from SWAT to investigate a scratching noise above my and my children's ceiling. Josh was professional, friendly and above all very thorough. He inspected and found possible openings that he suspected mice were entering our ceilings through and quickly placed bait everywhere. As he said, the scratching sound is gone after 3 weeks (actually sooner!) and we are all sleeping better at night. Thank you Josh!

Jonny and Derek came and where so great. They came the same day that I called to remove raccoon babies in one of my window wells. They also closed up a number of other holes in my deck that could have been entries for animals. So informative, reasonably priced and nice guys. I would totally call them again!

We had baby raccoons in our window well at the side of our home. I called Derek and he said someone will be there the next day. Josh arrived exactly when Derek said he would. Josh was polite, respectful, listened to what we said and went to work. It turned out the babies were gone but the mother was around looking for them.
Josh assured me that he was going to cap our wells and mesh the entrances to under our deck. He was extremely knowledgable about the problem with these and other wild animals and recommended what we should do and he took care of the problem. He is a very nice, competent man and I would not hesitate to recommend Swat Wildlife technicians to everyone I know. Also, Derek showed up and
he also was very courteous and knowledgable. What a fantastic team of guys. I am very impressed!!

Josh was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had a bird that was building a nest in my eaves downspout over the last few days. Josh came, investigated, couldn't find evidence of a problem but I knew it was there. He created a wire guard to ensure that no birds can try to build a nest there again. He also cleaned the bird poop off of my siding as requested. He was quick and efficient and I'll definitely use him again but I hope I don't have to.

Josh did a great job with removing a raccoon and her three babies from my attic. He took the time to make sure he was hearing where they were located before cutting into the wall. Once he cut, he was exactly where he needed to be, leaving me with minimal disruption and wall repair. He was very gentle with the removal of the babies and waited to ensure the mother knew where her babies were so she could get them. It is clear Josh cares both about doing good work and the well-being of the animals he is removing. I would recommend Josh and his company to anyone with wildlife issues.

I would highly recommend Jonny the technician. He was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Jonny was able to remove both babies and raccoon mother from our attic and closed all possible entry points. I am extremely please with SWAT Wildlife with their great customer service and reasonable prices.

We suspected that we had racoons in our attic. The person we spoke to over the phone was very helpful and described the base cost as well as all possible extra charges so there were no surprises. Josh arrived promptly the next day. He was very extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the racoon entry point quick and install trap doors and wire mesh to prevent future problems. I highly recommend SWAT Wildlife
