We had baby raccoons in our window well at the side of our home. I called Derek and he said someone will be there the next day. Josh arrived exactly when Derek said he would. Josh was polite, respectful, listened to what we said and went to work. It turned out the babies were gone but the mother was around looking for them. Josh assured me that he was going to cap our wells and mesh the entrances to under our deck. He was extremely knowledgable about the problem with these and other wild animals and recommended what we should do and he took care of the problem. He is a very nice, competent man and I would not hesitate to recommend Swat Wildlife technicians to everyone I know. Also, Derek showed up and he also was very courteous and knowledgable. What a fantastic team of guys. I am very impressed!!
