Swat Wildlife and Insulation

Josh came to our home within hours of calling SWAT Wildlife, and removed a wasp nest. His positive, friendly attitude and advice about how to avoid a repeat problem are all much appreciated.

Josh was just here The work he did was far in excess of expectations, and timely. His consultation was excellent. The value of the service was first rate and appropriately priced.

They came and did a full inspection and were very honest. We didn't have a raccoon but there were ways he could get in so he priced everything out and work with us on the cost. No matter what company you use, if you want critters out of your house, it is going to cost you some money. They did a good job and the fella was very nice.

The squirrels living in the attic finally broke through the walls one day and so the landlord and I decided it might be time to make a call. Josh showed up the next day and quickly assessed the problem, talked to the neighbours in the adjoining building, and patched the holes. I can now sleep safely and soundly again.

I had a racoon in my ceiling. Derick came by promptly and was a pleasure to deal with. He explained everything in detail, options, and knew his job very well. If I have another pest problem he will be my first phone call!

What we believe to be Raccoons, climbed up one of our downspouts and managed to pull off a soffit vent and entered the attic. Josh arrived as scheduled and completed his appraisal and subsequent preventative measures in one and one half of an hour. Josh was very professional; he assessed the entry point and identified other possible entry points and provided all the options on what can be done. I chose to reinforce the other downspouts leading to the attic to prevent re-entry of whatever it is that got up there.
Unfortunately when Josh went up into the attic he saw no animals. He set the trap door and since that day we have not heard anything in the attic.
I still have to reschedule an appointment to have Josh return and remove the trap door and hopefully pop back in the soffit vent that was removed. He was kind enough to pop back in another vent that had fell out of place unrelated to the "raccoon" incident.

I had racoons in my walls!! Unbeknown to me I had a dead racoon on my roof which broke my heart! Derick let me cry and was so compassionate, sweet and personable as he set up 7, 2-way vents so the mom and babies he found in the attic could escape and not return! I had anticipated tearing down my kitchen!! He also cleaned the stove vent of 10 years of bird nests. He's SUCH a nice man!! I think the world of him. He's professional, efficient, kind and reasonable.

We noticed squirrels bustling around in our eaves. Given the consistency we realized that they were likely nesting and settle in.
