We had squirrels in the roof and mice in the basement that needed to be dealt with (don't be jealous that we had both!). I called SWAT Wildlife on Monday and on Tuesday morning Josh came over. He is extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and happy to explain everything step by step. He was very thorough in his work setting up a one way door for the squirrels, while putting wire mesh over other susceptible areas, and placing bait traps for the mice. I had thought it was rats (because how can little mice be so noisy?), but Josh completed an extensive search in my basement and found only evidence of mice.
I would absolutely recommend SWAT Wildlife and would certainly use their services again if needed.

Josh from SWAT was professional, friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable. He showed up on time, did a thorough inspection of the roof, and was able to identify an area where squirrels had found their way in. He clearly explained the situation, and offered a comprehensive and humane solution.
After he had completed the work, he explained everything that was done, and truly went above and beyond to make sure the solution was implemented correctly. I rarely write any kind of review, but Josh really deserves an A rating. I would highly recommend Josh and SWAT for any work of this nature, and I intend to use them again if this happens again in the future.

Our neighbours and us called in "SWAT Wildlife" for raccoon in our attics (semi house).
They responded & came over very fast.
On time & for a good price!
Technician was very knowledgeable.
He inspected the exterior & interior. Fixed all entry points. For now, put in temporary "one-way" door for the next week - so the raccoon can leave but can't get back in.
Preventative suggestions were also made & installed (protective wire cages over all roof vents).
It all looks great so far. Fingers crossed it works.
A year warranty is included.
So far very happy, would recommend the service.

I called SWAT for the 2nd time for service for two different issues. Both times the services was great. Josh came in for mice treatment as scheduled, very friendly and explained the process. Walked us thru where the baits are and the safety tips for handling! Very friendly and professional. Thank you!

We had a squirrel scampering around our walls. Josh diagnosed the problem and quickly worked to fix it. Honestly he was one of the best contractors I’ve had out to our home: prompt, good at his job and an excellent communicator. Highly recommended.

After requesting quotes on HomeStars I had a call from SWAT which was easier for me to respond to and get a feel for their service commitment as opposed to simply receiving an emailed response. A service call was quickly booked. Brian came out , fixed the problem and was very helpful. Sealing up the entry point was also fast and efficient was the squirrel had vacated our home.
