Josh from SWAT was professional, friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable. He showed up on time, did a thorough inspection of the roof, and was able to identify an area where squirrels had found their way in. He clearly explained the situation, and offered a comprehensive and humane solution.
After he had completed the work, he explained everything that was done, and truly went above and beyond to make sure the solution was implemented correctly. I rarely write any kind of review, but Josh really deserves an A rating. I would highly recommend Josh and SWAT for any work of this nature, and I intend to use them again if this happens again in the future.
