Swat Wildlife and Insulation

Randy showed up on time, respecting covid-19 protocols. I explained the issue of raccoons digging on the roof. He walked around the property and then climbed on the roof. After he did his inspection he showed me photos of the damage. He explained how he could fix the problem and the cost. After he completed the work he again showed me photos of the fix. I was very satisfied with the work Randy did.

Right from my first call the SWAT team was so impressive. When the technician showed up he was professional, friendly and so knowledgable. He did a thorough inspection, took time to explain what he was looking for, and communicated a great plan going forward to address the rat in my house. He also shared tips to ensure my child was safe in the home. My highest recommendation, wouldn't think of calling anyone else going forward.

This is the second time I have used Swat. The first time was earlier in the year to check for birds in the attic.
They are on time, polite and do a great job.

This time around is was to get rid of a skunk from under the shed in the backyard.. Let me say this no one traps and takes away a skunk for obvious reasons. Trust me I've called them all. We have been trying for weeks to no avail. Swat did their thing and It worked. The skunk has been trying now for 24 hours literally digging 12 consecutive hours last night and can not get back it. So now we seal off entrance points to the yard and let if find a new place to live.

It turned out that I do not have a wildlife problem in my attic. The technician undertook a thorough, professional inspection and left me with peace of mind and helpful suggestions.

From the initial contact online I was impressed with the professionalism and speed at which my concerns were addressed. Brian was on time and incredibly efficient. He quickly found the entry point and installed a one way door in the crawlspace under the deck. He also took the time to share his knowledge and assure us that we are on track to getting these critters out of our house! Looking forward to not hearing scratching in the walls - thanks Brian!

We had seen a racoon enter our chimney shaft a few times and it had eaten away the mesh over the opening. Our service person ( sorry I can’t remember his name ) arrived promptly. He inspected and covered the hole and explained the job. I was very satisfied. He was friendly and professional and wore a face mask around me.

Representative was on time, knowledgeable and efficient. Excellent customer service I would recommend SWAT, very reliable company.

Randy was excellent. He took his time analyzing the outside of our home to find where the entry points were. His insight, stories and tips were incredibly valuable to help us deal with this situation. A one way door was installed on the side of our front porch. I feel like we are definitely on track to getting these big guys out of our house.
