Swat Wildlife came the same day we called. The quoted price was the price we paid. Randy was efficient and clean. After examining both the roof and attic, He explained all the possibilities of what could be causing the disturbance and was very honest about the condition of the attic ( good state) and what was required. He didn’t over dramatize the situation. I am very happy with the outcome - mice gone, and I would definitely recommend Swat Wildlife.

Called on Monday and was pleasantly informed that a visit was possible for Wednesday. So happy that they could book an appointment that quickly during high season.
Our house has become a group home for pigeons, sparrows and squirrels. From the initial call with Alex to Jonny and Rob's site work, we couldn't be more satisfied. SWAT Wildlife did a great job removing a raccoon from our shed and relocating it. SWAT was responsive, courteous, efficient and personable. The team provided great advice and very friendly service. If I needed to, I would hire them again.

Heard early morning noises that I thought were in the attic a couple of mornings in a row. I had some pretty extensive damage years ago from mice so reached out right away. Swat was very quick to respond and came the next day to thoroughly inspect the roof and attic- determined raccoons had attempted a break in but hasn’t succeeded yet. Reinforced damaged areas and vents for the cost of service originally quoted. Efficient, professional and I will sleep better at night. Thank you!!

A comprehensive exterior roof, attic and basement assessment determined the cause of our interior wall "scratching critters" and the SWAT technician throughly explained the situation and action to be taken.
While we are still waiting to see if the remedy applied will be effective, I can say Randy was courteous, knowledgeable and candid with his assessment and information regarding pest and animal control. We are forever grateful!

John arrived on time, looked over the roof, suggested solutions and gave a price estimate. We agreed to the work then John completed the work as agreed upon. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with and very dexterous on our third floor roof.
